Bosphorus Dinner Cruise and Turkish Night Show
There’s no better way to see Istanbul at night than on a relaxing Bosphorus dinner cruise. You’ll be picked up from your hotel as the sun is setting, and then begin your journey at Golden Horn near the Old City. As you set sail, you will voyage beneath the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge and watch as Istanbul’s most impressive and beautiful sights pass by. Observe the Dolmabahçe Palace and the Blue Mosque on your way over the gentle waters of the Bosphorus river.
Whilst on the tour – for your entertainment – there will be traditional Turkish belly dancing, which is a highlight of any night in Istanbul. On some tours, a tour guide will also talk you through the most important sites that you’ll pass so that you won’t miss a thing. For history lovers, you’ll receive an education in the rich past of one of Turkey’s best known and best loved cities. If you want a mix of culture and history, it’s recommended that you embark a boat that includes a tour guide.
On the cruise, you can enjoy unlimited alcoholic drinks, and usually a buffet of traditional Turkish foods – chicken shish, salads, kebabs, Turkish bread, meatballs and fruit for dessert will all be on offer among other delicacies.
Normally, you will share the boat with other tourists, which will give you ample opportunity to meet other holiday-goers, but it’s also possible to hire a more private boat. If you’ll be with a large party for a special event, you can book a boat to cater for your needs.
