This tour is the best choice for those who want to experience true Turkish village life. Start a beautiful day with a visit to a little town called Mustafapasa (formerly called Sinasos). It was one of Cappadocia's largest Greek settlements before Muratpasa was abandoned by the Greeks as communities swapped in 1923. The town is known for its excellent examples of Ottoman and Greek architecture: massive Ottoman houses with decorated doors and windows, the Čakir Paša Medrese university of Ottoman times, the Old Greek Church, Constantine and Helen's church of the 19th century, etc.

Sobessos is the next place to go. It is a former city located just outside the village of Sahinefendi in the past 10 years. The construction work continues. Roman pools, agora, bouleuterion and church of the 6th century with a rectangular mosaic floor can be seen for the current. Following Sobessos, Keslik Monastery drives to the hidden treasure of Cappadocia. Explore the inside of the monastery and get an idea of monks ' lives there. The building provides unique places to visit: the Archangel's Cathedral, Saint Stephen's Hall, a rock-cut refectory, a dining area, a living area and a holy water swimming pool.

Proceed to the Soganli Valley from the Keslik monstery. It is far from the beaten track in Cappadocia and not as much as other valleys are visited by tourists. Soganli has many rocky churches and monasteries and is a lovely walking valley. A very famous souvenir from Cappadocia was authentic handmade dolls crafted in Soganli and its climate. You will have a picnic while hiking across this beautiful canyon. It was opened in 1964 and is composed of eight floors (only four are open). Wander through the narrow corridors and visit other rooms and storage facilities built from the smooth volcanic stone, and you will be able to watch gates of iron, large fountains, and airshafts. A thrilling journey to remote places ends with a hotel drop-off.
